ATLANTA, GEORGIA – JUNE 11-13, 2010
We are all carrying around our own set of emotional wounds and hurts from life. Perhaps they are wounds we received in childhood or maybe hurts we’ve picked up along the way – but we all have them! God has given us some wonderful ways to be healed from these wounds – no matter how deep and big they may be. This is based on Isaiah 61 where we exchange our ashes, sorrow and mourning and our heavenly Father replaces them for His beauty, gladness and rejoicing.
Who and what is this ministry about?
This is a God sent vision that started in Swaziland to save the nation by bringing women closer to our Abba Father. It is becoming an international safe place for women to share their pain and receive healing and closure to one issue at a time. It is God who heals as you are ready and He knows what is in your heart. It is also about planting communities of women around the world and locally to support each other in His name.
What can you expect from this retreat?
This is both a teaching on our Father’s love and small group integrated ministry that runs from Friday night thru Sunday afternoon. As we listen to our messages of that small sweet voice, women are taken to the next level that is His plan for us. This is limited to 10 women in order to give you each one on one God time. At the upcoming Beauty for Ashes weekend on June 11-13th in Gainesville, Georgia on Lake Lanier, we want to help you address at least ONE ISSUE that is adversely affecting your life right now … it can be a big one or a small one It’s up to you and God for He is the one in control of this retreat!
Beauty for Ashes is a safe place to let down the mask and get real … so that God can meet us in a powerful, personal way and heal us as only HE can.
The cost for this retreat is $125.00 and includes lunches on Saturday and Sunday, along with retreat materials. Lodging is available for out of town participants.
